Your Child Is in Good Hands

As our daughter's childcare provider, Hasiba became a trusted member of our family. She provided a nurturing, safe, clean, peaceful, and educational environment for our daughter and other children she cared for. She managed to seamlessly adhere to Virginia standards and regulations that are required for licensed childcare providers while also making us feel like our daughter was at a home away from home filled with love and support.

Hasiba’s gentle and kind disposition made our very difficult choice to select childcare and entrust our young baby to a stranger a much easier decision, even throughout the uncertainty and stress of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hasiba is a consummate professional who pays detailed attention to the needs of each of the children she cares for, which sets her apart from the franchised approach to childcare and makes her a prototype that all childcare providers to strive to emulate. Hasiba takes great pride in her work and shaping the development of the children she lovingly cares for; this is evident in her gentle and respectful approach of caring for the children and the presentation of her home and the space she utilizes for their care. In addition to maintaining an immaculate home and space for her daycare, she prepares delicious and nutritious food for the children and has many stimulating activities to assist with their growth, development, and meeting various age-appropriate milestones.

Hasiba cared for both of my children beginning at 2-3 months old. We were so nervous to leave our baby with anyone we didn’t know especially at that young age. We found Hasiba through a Virginia program for daycare and requested to meet with her. She had a beautiful home and a daycare set up in her basement that had a reading area, toy area, table for arts and crafts, and cribs for nap time. We were very impressed with the setup but more so with Hasiba herself. She is the sweetest, kindest, most caring person and it immediately was evident to both my husband and I. She seemed genuinely excited to take care of our baby and promised she would take amazing care of her. She did just that until Hope went to kindergarten. She began to take care of our second daughter in December 2010. We never wondered if our girls were taken care of or safe. She truly loved them like her own. She still does. They are now 14 and 12 and they still call her their second mom. I cannot say enough positive things about Hasiba and we just feel so blessed to have had her during those formative years. She taught them colors, letters, numbers, and how to share and be a friend. I have recommended her to anyone who asks and always will.

Our son was approximately 14 weeks old when Ms. Dosky started caring for him.  In this brief time, our son has adjusted very positively to her care.  He recognizes Ms. Dosky and smiles when he hears her voice or sees her. 

Throughout my experience, I have been thoroughly impressed by the care provided by Ms. Dosky. She is highly attentive, professional, and consistently maintains an environment that is both safe and nurturing for the children. Ms. Dosky has always been willing to listen and address any concerns or questions I have had, and I have complete trust in her abilities.
